In person
In person
A certified interpreter comes to you. For long appointments, emotionally difficult conversations, or any setting where body language and rapport matter, nothing replaces having a professional in the room.
Over the phone
Over the phone
Connect to an interpreter by phone when you need one immediately and there is no time to schedule. It is the fastest way to get a speaker of an uncommon language on the line, and it works from any handset.
On screen
On screen
The middle ground between the other two. You get the visual cues that phone interpreting loses, without waiting for an interpreter to travel to you - which is what makes it the practical option for sign language at short notice.
Who we work with
An interpreter in an emergency room and an interpreter in a deposition need different training. We match the interpreter to the situation, not just the language.
Hospitals, clinics and private practices. Federal law requires meaningful language access for patients with limited English, and we help you meet it.
Depositions, hearings, attorney-client meetings and court appearances, with interpreters used to legal register and procedure.
Parent-teacher conferences, IEP meetings, enrolment and district communications for families who do not speak English at home.
Public services, benefits offices and community meetings where residents need to be understood in their own language.
Claims interviews, recorded statements and adjuster calls, where an inaccurate rendering has real financial consequences.
Negotiations, HR meetings, safety briefings and training for a multilingual workforce.
Interpreter Training
We provide both interpreter training and interpreter service. Our online courses are fully self-paced, and every graduate receives a Certificate of Completion to retain in their professional records.
Essentials of Medical Interpreting is in development. Tell us you are interested and we will let you know when it opens.
Tell us the language, the date and the setting. We will confirm an interpreter and come back to you.
